The mayor on Feb. 15 announced his pursuit of a transit referendum on the November ballot. Residents will be voting on a transit expansion plan, but more crucially, they’ll be voting to raise taxes to secure dedicated transit funding. Just four of the nation’s 50 largest metros lack such dedicated funding today, and Nashville is one of them. Here’s what we know on a few key questions.
