Pizzuti Companies announce multifamily development in Donelson

Columbus, Ohio-based The Pizzuti Cos. has announced its first multifamily project in Nashville – a 154-unit on the site of Donelson Bowl.  Davidson County records show the company has not yet bought the property at 117 Donelson Pike.
