He is survived by his parents Chris and Anne Vaughn of Johnson City, brother Max, and fiancée, Jessie Paige Feathers. As well as grandmother, Beverly Vaughn and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Elliot was born in Johnson City and attended Saint Mary’s Catholic School prior to graduating from Science Hill High School in 2011, where he was on the wresting team. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee in Industrial Engineering in May of 2017. For the last two years, he utilized the knowledge he’d gained from school to work and become co-owner of Mr. Green Thumb, their family business, with his father. Elliot was charismatic, funny, and full of life. He was an avid sailor, hunter, and most recently, honey beekeeper. Those that loved Elliot realize the hole that is now left in the world.
