Donald R. Raber

BLOUNTVILLE – Donald R. Raber, of Blountville, passed away Saturday, (October 12, 2019) at Hospice House of Bristol. A celebration of Don’s life will be conducted 6:00pm, Thursday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The family will receive friends following the service.
