Condo sales on the rise as costs, availability drive buyer focus

In Nashville, which is growing at a rate of 98 new residents a day, the higher-density, lower-cost housing option is becoming a more desirable option for buyers weighing their budget (and a 7.2% interest rate) with their desired lifestyle. That doesn’t mean single-family homes have no place in the city, but condo inventory has outpaced that market, and the demand shows no signs of slowing.
