Claudia Saylor Roberts

Claudia Saylor Roberts, 78, passed away Friday, March 13, 2020 at Johnson City Medical Center. She was born in Jonesborough, TN. and had resided there most of her life. She had attended Boones Creek Christian Church. Claudia was preceded in death by her parents; J.C. and Jessie Saylor, her husband; James P. Roberts, Jr. She is survived by one daughter; Jessica Stapleton (Josh) and one son; Jason Roberts, one sister; Jaynell Slagle (Sam), two brothers; David Saylor (Margaret) and Jim Saylor (Shirley), three grandchildren; Jolie, Jacie and Jud, several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 18, 2020 from 5:00-7:00 pm at East Tennessee Funeral Home. A service will follow at 7:00 pm with Curtis Booher officiating. Graveside will be Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 11:00 am at East Tennessee Cemetery in the Garden of Devotion.
