Former Guaranty Home Mortgage Corp. CEO Brett Arsta is embroiled in lawsuits with his former employer, which is owned by billionaire Gaylon Lawrence Jr. Arsta alleges he was wrongfully terminated and denied money he is owed. Guaranty’s counterclaim alleges Arsta used company funds for personal expenses.
