3-tower historic and culinary arts district planned for Rutledge Hill

Plans have been unveiled for the new Rutledge Hill Historic and Culinary Arts District. The mixed-use development would include three towers surrounded by preserved Victorian-era homes, gardens and lots of culinary options.
